There is growing body of research linking proper nutrition, gut health, and lifestyle to improvements in ADHD symptoms and improvements in overall mental health. Unfortunately, these topics are rarely addressed by our primary health care providers. Children can show an improvement in moods, behaviours, focus, & sleep when we provide their brains and bodies with the nourishment and fuel it requires. Eliminating ultra-processed foods, addressing nutritional gaps and food sensitivities, supporting gut health, and making lifestyle adjustments are all strategies that can be used to help your child.

Families face many challenges when trying to make these types of changes. Change takes time, consistency, patience, and knowledge. The amount of information available can make attempting these changes feel daunting and overwhelming. There may be a lack of support from family, friends, and the community given that so many people do not understand why nutrition and lifestyle are so important​ for kids with ADHD.​

This 6-week program is designed to support you as you make the transition to a nutrient dense whole foods diet that is supportive of your child's mental and physical health.

Nourished Gut,
Nourished Brain
In this 12-week program we work on integrating nutrient dense foods while identifying potential foods that may be exacerbating your child's ADHD symptoms. We focus on gut health through my 3-step process "Remove, Sooth, & Improve."

Foundations
Flourishing Foundations is a comprehensive 16-week program that includes all programming from the Nourished Gut, Nourished Brain program in addition to an in-depth assessment of lifestyle factors that could be impacting your child's ADHD symptoms.

As a mother of two children with ADHD, I understand the stress and frustration that is felt when trying to navigate through holistic options to help your child. Very little, if anything, is discussed at medical appointments that addresses a child's nutrition and lifestyle or how improvements in these areas can lead to improvements in your child's (and your family's!) overall wellbeing.
